<p><strong>Luxury Hotel</strong> in <strong>Plettenberg Bay</strong> is looking for an <strong>Assistant Hotel Manager</strong> with strong <strong>F&B experience</strong>. The role is to enhance the operational efficiency and service quality of the Hotel.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Responsible for managing the full operations, service, logistics and activities </p><p>Ensure that guests receive exceptional levels of personalised service </p><p>Assist the HOD's in ensuring that guest spaces and facilities are impeccably maintained and fully functional.</p><p>Ensure that policies, processes and standards directly affecting the guests reflects their safety, security and preferences.</p><p>Develop, implement and monitor systems and methods that capture and communicate guest preferences</p><p>Ensure that brand standards are upheld, ensuring a streamlined and effective structure in line with hospitality trends.</p><p>Effective departmental meetings take place, accurate minutes are taken and follow ups completed.</p><p>Assist in achieving the best procurement agreements for the property </p><p>To keep the property innovative in its guest experience and up to date with both competitor offerings and current trends in the hospitality industry.</p><p>Be readily available to deal with all guest queries and complaints.</p><p>Responding to complaints to be dealt with in a pleasant, constructive manner always, using the feedback as a learning experience and platform for constructive discussion.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>Minimum of 3-5 years Assistant Hotel Management or Senior Duty Management experience within a 4/5* Hotel</p><p>Strong stock control </p><p>Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Hotel Management beneficial</p><p>Advanced computer skills </p><p>Good with motivating staff.</p><p>Attention to detail. </p><p>Good with Admin, Stock Control and Cost Management. </p><p>Valid driver's licence would be an advantage </p><p> </p><p> </p>
