About the Role
As the iStore Manager at our Polokwane Mall of the North location, you will be at the helm of our retail operation. You will lead a team to ensure they perform at their best and provide an exceptional experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility is to drive store performance, achieve or exceed financial and developmental targets, and maintain our brand reputation as synonymous with Mac products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Drive store performance, achieving or exceeding financial and developmental targets
- Maintain brand reputation and ensure all customers perceive the store as a premier Apple experience
- Collaborate across business functions to ensure cooperation and alignment
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth
Requirements
- Completed Matric (Tertiary Qualification advantageous)
- 5 years leading large teams in complex, high-turnover environments
- Matrix management capability
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, think strategically, and learn quickly
- Experience in compiling reports on store performance
- Proven track record of driving store targets and results
- Retail operations experience and knowledge
