About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Butchery Manager to join our team at Superspar in Port Elizabeth. As a key member of our store management, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability while maintaining high standards of customer service and store hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Butchery Targets and Profitability Control
- Stock Weekly Stocktakes
- Buying (Ordering /Stock holding)
- Point of Sale and pricing
- Hygiene and housekeeping
- Manage staff and customers
- Open and close the store
Requirements
- Must have at least 5 years experience as a Butchery Manager
- Management skills
- Ability to work out GP’s
- Own transport and valid drivers licence
