About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Senior Admin Officer to support the effective day-to-day operations of our office in Port Elizabeth. This is a fast-paced role requiring a proactive individual who can adapt quickly to changing priorities and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting clients who visit the office
- Answering and managing all incoming telephone calls
- Liaising with advisors to ensure files are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Preparing and organising files for client consultations and visits
- Drafting disciplinary and related administrative documentation
- Managing correspondence with clients, advisors, and other relevant stakeholders
- Assisting with follow-ups on matters and deadlines
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Preparing documentation and files for advisors
- Processing invoices and following up on outstanding payments
- Handling office purchasing and procurement of required items
- Managing filing systems (physical and electronic)
- Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements when required
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Director
- Receiving and attending to deliveries when required
- Performing general administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English (written and spoken)
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Qualifications
