About the Role

Providing logistical support for specific markets and assisting in market stock allocation and general operations, Top Vitae is seeking a Temporary Logistics Controller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bookings creation / cancellation and follow up for specific markets.
  • Allocating of stock as supplied by the senior controller
  • Sending out loading instructions
  • Pull, validate and the distribution of BD packing lists
  • Risk Report Analysis
  • Invoicing
  • Support to other departments with regards queries
  • Deviation tracking
  • Documentation tracking

Requirements

  • 1 year experience in logistics or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or similar software

Qualifications

  • Matric (Grade 12) certification
