Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance and facilitate growth initiatives
• Manage product development and oversee point-of-sale operations
• Implement weekly ordering and effectively manage stock levels
• Utilize strong retail management skills, ideally with experience overseeing multiple stores

Requirements:

• Over 5 years Retail management experience
• Matric. Other formal qualifications will be advantageous.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of stock control and inventory management systems
