Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Staff Attorney – eDiscovery to join our team as a freelance consultant. As a key member of our e-discovery team, you will play a critical role in helping us navigate complex legal cases involving electronically stored information (ESI).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of ESI to identify relevant information for use as evidence in legal cases
- Develop and implement effective e-discovery strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with attorneys and other stakeholders to gather and analyze ESI
- Produce high-quality, admissible ESI in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with evolving e-discovery technologies and best practices
Requirements
- Strong understanding of electronic discovery principles and best practices
- Experience with e-discovery software and tools (e.g. Relativity, Concordance)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and project management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field (LLB or equivalent)
