About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Glass Sales Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a high-performing team, and solving complex problems. Key Responsibilities
- Lead & motivate: Manage a team of sales reps, keeping them focused, energized, and accountable.
- Drive performance: Set clear targets, track KPIs, and regularly review individual and team progress.
- Coach & course-correct: Mentor your team, address underperformance early, and celebrate wins.
- Close key deals: Step in to support key accounts and high-value negotiations.
- Solve real problems: Handle complex customer issues and internal operational challenges with confidence.
- Report with impact: Prepare forecasts, sales reports, and presentations that actually get used.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with logistics and finance to keep the business moving.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4–8 years of sales experience (glass or building materials is a strong plus)
- Proven experience leading a sales team
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
