About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Associate to join our team in Pretoria, with two years of post-admission experience and a strong background in Medical Professional Indemnity. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a billable hour/target environment and possess excellent time management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage medical cases under pressure
- Conduct patient consultations and assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Meet productivity targets and work independently
Requirements
- 2 years of post-admission experience in a medical setting
- Medical Professional Indemnity experience (defendant experience) is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Completed a recognized medical qualification (e.g. MBChB, BMedSc)
