Job Summary
Our client in the Pretoria East area is recruiting for a disciplined, self-motivated and confident individual with a thorough knowledge of B-BBEE. The successful candidate will take responsibility for evaluating information gathered from multiple sources and reconciling the information to produce a BEE score and / or verification file for clients.

Minimum
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification (BCom Industrial Psychology, BSc Information Technology)
- 5 years BEE experience
- In-depth technical knowledge and application of the B-BBEE Codes and Sector Codes
- Valid driver`s license and own reliable vehicle
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
Skills required:
- Critical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and outgoing
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong business writing skills
- Capable of building strong client relationships
- High level of project management skills
Duties will include:
- Assessing data
- Verify evidence
- On-site reviews & meetings
- Manage and update the BEE interns / learners
- Identification of risks and opportunities
- Handling client complaints / queries
- Calculate preliminary scores
- Report writing and communication
- Manage Companys BBBEE verification process
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with clients to achieve set goals
- Documenting and analysing the required information and data to produce reports
- Successful engagement with multiple clients simultaneously
- Manage project processes to reach project targets and meet and supersede client expectations
- Network with clients to build relationships and sustain them
- Prepare and deliver business presentations
- Daily update of statistics and project progress
Remuneration:
Maximum R60 000 per month depending on qualifications, skills and experience
