Job Overview:
Our client, a growing mining consulting firm based in Zwavelpoort, Pretoria East, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join their finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
-
Processing and reconciliation of accounts (debtors, creditors, bank)
-
VAT calculations and submissions
-
Payroll assistance and monthly reporting
-
Assisting with budgets, cash flow and financial statements
-
Liaising with external accountants and auditors
-
General admin and office support where required
Minimum Requirements:
-
12 years of bookkeeping experience
-
Relevant financial qualification (advantageous)
-
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar)
-
Strong Excel skills
-
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
-
Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers licence
