About the Role
The Call Centre Agent position at MPS legal Solutions is an exciting opportunity to join our team and provide exceptional customer service while promoting our company products and services. As a key member of our call centre, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, generating sales, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer enquiries professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Promote and explain company products and services.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Follow up on potential customers and existing clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Capture and update customer information accurately on company systems.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Submit required reports and documentation on time.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
- Previous call centre, telesales, or customer service experience is advantageous.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and CRM systems).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
