About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our Alternative Sales team as a Multi-Skilled Wills Sales Consultant. With a background in financial services or estate planning, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to assess their estate planning needs, conduct telephonic consultations, provide transparent quotes, and meet individual sales targets.
  • Actively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our client’s short- and long-term financial solution portfolios.
  • Build long-term client trust, promptly resolve queries, and maintain meticulous records within the CRM system.
  • Ensure all sales and documentation strictly align with legal and regulatory standards, collaborating closely with legal partners to finalize and deliver wills.
  • Track and report daily sales performance to the Sales Manager and participate in active team meetings and daily buzz sessions.

Requirements

  • Matric Certification
  • RE5 and FAIS qualifications are required (e.g., NQF5 Wealth Management)
  • Relevant certifications in estate planning or financial planning are highly advantageous
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Law, or a related field will be an added advantage
