East London: Marketing Execution Lead

About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing health and performance brand distributing nationally through major retailers and online platforms. They are seeking a highly organised, detail-driven Marketing Execution Lead to take ownership of campaign rollout and ensure flawless execution across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate campaign strategy into detailed execution plans
• Manage timelines across content, influencers, paid media, and activations
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners
• Own the planning and delivery of photo and video shoots (agency coordination, briefing, timelines)
• Ensure all campaigns go live on time and to a high standard
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively
• Campaigns run on time, every time
• Establish clear structure across a previously fragmented team
• Deliver high-quality content consistently

Requirements

• Matric/ Grade 12
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Min 3 years’ experience in similar role
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts under pressure
• Excellent communication and coordination ability
• Experience in marketing, campaigns, or agency environments (preferred)
