About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Debtor/Accounts Administrator to join our team in Pretoria, South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large volumes of accounts, meeting strict deadlines, and ensuring excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large volumes of debtor books and corporate accounts
- Handle debtor receipts, direct deposits, and account allocations
- Process intercompany balancing (e.g. Botswana & Zimbabwe)
- Interbranch journal processing
- Month-end and year-end financial processing
- Resolve account queries and manage outstanding payments
- Follow up on debtor days to ensure timely payment
Requirements
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or similar
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in a debtors/accounts receivable role
