Job Description
This role sits within a growing finance team supporting a portfolio-based business. You will be involved in transactional finance, reconciliations, and reporting, while working closely with operations to ensure accuracy and consistency across financial processes

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor account transactions and collections
Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Support monthly reporting and finance processes
Investigate and resolve account queries and discrepancies
Maintain accurate financial records and system updates
Assist with audit preparation and year-end processes
Support the finance team with day-to-day operational tasks
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
Relevant financial qualification advantageous
Experience:
Exposure to financial accounting or operational finance
Experience with reconciliations, debtors, or transactional finance
Background in property, retail, manufacturing, or similar environments beneficial
Skills:
Strong Excel proficiency
Exposure to finance or property-related systems advantageous
Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Non-negotiables:
Strong reconciliation and transactional finance experience
Ability to manage high volumes
Hands-on and detail-oriented approach
