Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organisation’s AI and machine learning transformation, implementing predictive analytics, automated workflows, and ethical data science practices.
- Build and structure agile teams of Data Scientists, Engineers, Statisticians, and Insights Specialists transitioning into next-generation roles.
- Drive innovation by embedding advanced analytics into scalable dashboards and client-facing solutions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term data strategy, develop 120-day execution plans, and monitor strategic KPIs.
- Mentor and guide multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality analytics, operational excellence, and forward-looking capability
Requirements
- 10+ years in data science, analytics, or advanced statistical environments.
- Minimum 5 years in market research, CX insights, analytics consulting, or a related field.
- Proven track record in AI/ML transformation, scaling teams, and building high-performance capabilities in growth-oriented organisations.
- Hands-on experience developing predictive models, cloud-based data pipelines (AWS/GCP/Azure), and real-time analytics solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field – Master’s or PhD advantageous
