About the Role
A well-established company in Wonderboom, Pretoria is seeking a professional Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a people person with excellent communication skills, able to provide exceptional client service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Client liaison
- Checking and ordering of Stationery and cleaning materials
- Filing
- Processing supplier invoices
- Invoicing customers
- Print customer statements for walk-in clients
- Send daily statements to clients
Requirements
- Must be a peoples person
- Able to attend to phone calls and walk-in clients
- Be able to deal with work in clients until our marketing department can get to them
- Very organised
- Professional
- Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
