Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our client’s team in Pretoria. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing branch feedback, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review meetings
  • Feedback on previous days jobs
  • Planning for current jobs
  • Vehicle schedule and optimisation in the morning and afternoon
  • Job allocations and optimisation
  • Ensure that all jobs have invoices
  • Allocate bank payments to the relevant department and sales person
  • Allocate invoice and input payment on SAP
  • Move un-invoiced jobs to the Jobs in Progress sheet
  • Allocate Speed point and cash payments
  • Complete the banking on SAP
  • Update the banking file with the days banking
  • Control and update petty cash
  • Check available stock and process orders where needed
  • Convert stock on SAP
  • Issue and control stock losses
  • Update and control credit note book
  • Branch feedback including debtors lists
  • Travel between 2 Branches

Requirements

  • Experience in the Glass & Aluminium Industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in SAP software
