Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and bug fixes
- Collaboration and Team Work
- Continuous development of improvements and features
- Work independently on features and components
- Handle complex problem–solving and troubleshooting
- Often takes on leadership or mentorship roles, including code reviews and training junior
developers. - Lead design and architecture decisions for Full Stack applications.
- Drives best practices, security standards, and performance improvements across the stack.
- Work closely with product management and business teams to align technical and business
goals - Stakeholder management and requirement gathering
- Project planning and writing of specification documents
- 5+ years of experience
- BCom IT or BTech Software Degree
- In-office position (08:00 17:00 ; Monday to Friday)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Willing to work overtime as and when required
Requirements:
- Expertise in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (C#, .NET Core, Web APIs).
- Expertise in C#, .NET Core, and MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture.
- Expertise in REST APIs and how to consume and expose them.
- Proficient in databases (Microsoft SQL Server), writing complex queries, and optimizing performance.
- Proficient with performance optimization and troubleshooting complex production issues.
- Proficient frameworks like Entity Framework Core for ORM.
- Proficient in version control systems like Git and understanding of branching and merging.
- Strong understanding of Web frameworks and JavaScript libraries like Bootstrap and jQuery.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. Azure)
- Extra points for knowledge and experience in: Microsoft Azure and DevOps
