About the Role
Werkie is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Lynnwood, Pretoria. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for building a network of top candidates, implementing creative sourcing methods, and ensuring quality placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a network of top candidates
- Implement creative sourcing methods to identify outstanding talent
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Use Werkie’s systems and processes to make the recruitment process smooth and effective
- Apply analytical thinking to evaluate candidate suitability and ensure quality placements
Requirements
- Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
- Tertiary Qualification: Psychology, Human Resources, or a similar field (advantageous)
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Salary & Benefits
R18,000 – R23,000 per month (depending on experience) and Incentive Bonuses Available
