About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a dedicated Tax Administrator to join their close-knit, healthy, and family-oriented team in Brooklyn, Pretoria. As a Registered Tax Practitioner with extensive experience in SARS administration and e-filing, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, compliant, and efficient tax pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-function SARS administration and high-volume e-filing.
- Handle tax registrations, submissions, and complex technical queries.
- Oversee a shared portfolio of approximately 300 clients within a collaborative 3-person team.
- Ensure all statutory deadlines are met with absolute precision.
- Maintain accurate records using Greatsoft (preferred) or similar tax management systems.
- Ensure all client tax affairs are handled with the highest level of integrity and professional standards.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for technical tax matters within the accounting team.
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Tax Practitioner (Current and in good standing).
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Taxation is preferred but not essential if you have exceptional, proven experience.
- Extensive experience in SARS administration and e-filing.
- Fluent in Afrikaans (essential for the office environment and client base).
- Prior experience using Greatsoft is a significant advantage.
