About the Role

This role focuses on growing lifecycle services, rentals, maintenance, and technical solutions. You will engage with customers on-site, identify operational challenges, recommend fit-for-purpose solutions, and build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers on-site to identify operational challenges
Recommend fit-for-purpose solutions for lifecycle services, rentals, maintenance, and technical solutions
Build long-term partnerships with clients across industrial, utility, and public sectors
Work independently and conduct site visits as needed

Requirements

Minimum 10 years experience in the water pump or pumping systems industry
Proven technical sales experience in aftermarket, rental, service, or solutions-based environments
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills

Qualifications

Technical qualification, trade test, or strong hands-on pump knowledge
