About the Role
We are seeking a commercially astute and entrepreneurial Finance Transformation leader to drive business growth, develop strategic client relationships, and lead the delivery of complex transformation projects across a diverse client base. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who combines deep finance transformation expertise with strong business development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and market expansion initiatives within Finance Transformation and related advisory services.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities through strategic relationship management and consultative selling.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including opportunity qualification, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Oversee the successful delivery of finance transformation engagements, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify cross-functional opportunities and deliver integrated solutions.
- Manage project budgets, resource planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Represent the business at industry events, networking forums, and client engagements to strengthen market presence.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior finance leadership role.
- At least 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, consulting, or client relationship management at a senior management level.
- Demonstrated expertise in Finance Transformation and the successful delivery of large-scale transformation projects.
