Job Description

Core Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that support operational, management, and executive decision-making. Build stakeholder-focused dashboards using Power BI, Looker Studio, Advanced Excel, Power Query, and related tools to monitor performance, trends, and business KPIs. Translate reporting and analytics requests into structured outputs by developing data models, analytical logic, and fit-for-purpose dashboard and insight solutions. Clean, transform, consolidate, and prepare data from multiple systems and files using Power Query, Excel, and other data preparation tools; basic SQL querying is used where required. Support the design and use of Power Apps-based solutions that improve data capture, workflow efficiency, reporting processes, and end-user interaction. Develop predictive, trend-based, and scenario-driven reports and models using historical and current data to support planning, forecasting, and proactive decision-making; apply statistical and analytical techniques where required. Validate data accuracy, investigate inconsistencies, document business logic, and strengthen reporting governance, data quality, and trust in outputs. Work closely with stakeholders to understand evolving business needs, deliver ad hoc and recurring reports, translate complex analytical findings into accessible narratives, and present insights in a clear and business- friendly manner. Compulsory Functional Requirements Must be able to develop dashboards and reporting outputs from raw or semi-structured business requests. Must be able to build and maintain data models that support reporting, monitoring, and performance analysis. Must be able to support predictive reporting, trend analysis, statistical analysis, and forward-looking business insight requirements. Must be able to work across multiple systems and data sources to create integrated reporting views. Must have a basic ability to extract and query data using SQL or equivalent tools to support analytics and reporting needs. Compulsory Skills Strong experience in business intelligence reporting, data analytics, and dashboard development. Advanced capability in Excel and Power Query for data transformation, model preparation, validation, and reporting. Strong working knowledge of Power BI and Looker Studio, including data modelling, DAX, and dashboard design; basic SQL for data extraction and querying is beneficial. Good working knowledge of Power Apps for business workflow and reporting process enablement. Ability to build structured data models based on stakeholder requests and business reporting needs. Strong analytical thinking, statistical reasoning, numerical accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to develop predictive and trend-based reports that support planning and performance analysis. Strong data validation, reconciliation, and reporting quality-control capability. Ability to translate business questions into clear dashboards, reports, and insight summaries. Ability to communicate data findings and analytical insights through compelling data stories, clear visualisations, and business-aligned narratives. Minimum Years of Experience 2 to 3 years in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related specialist role, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in dashboard development, data modelling, advanced analytics, and business reporting. Compulsory Experience Demonstrated experience working with business stakeholders to convert requests into Compulsory dashboards, reports, analytical models, or data-driven outputs; experience in multi-source Experience reporting environments; and evidence of applying analytics to support business decisions or performance improvement. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Qualification Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
