About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Claims Consultant to join our team in Roodepoort, South Africa. As a Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service while confirming the extent and validity of claims. You will work closely with various departments and service providers to ensure seamless communication and efficient claim processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing advice to policyholders on making a claim and the processes involved
- Collecting accurate information and documents to proceed with the claim
- Responsible for the management of a claim from submission to completion
- Monitoring the progress of a claim
- Taking responsibility for productivity and profit
- Providing exceptional client service
Requirements
- Completed degree, preferably BCom
- Very strong academic results
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, with a positive and friendly attitude
- Computer literate
- Professional
- Excellent interpersonal and administration skills
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
