About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As an integral part of our investment bond division, you will play a crucial role in supporting the consultants and ensuring seamless transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist consultants with conveyancing matters, including drafting and reviewing documents
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
- Conduct research on property titles and conveyancing laws
- Prepare and send letters to clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
- Manage the reception area, answering phone calls and responding to queries
Requirements
- Matric certificate essential
- Tertiary qualification beneficial
- Sound knowledge of the conveyancing process
- Relevant working experience of 2 years in conveyancing
Qualifications
- Formal education or certification in law, conveyancing, or a related field (if applicable)
