About the Role
As a Quality Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing quality management systems that drive excellence in manufacturing industries. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining critical documentation, troubleshooting issues, and driving process improvements to enhance capability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing quality management systems in manufacturing industries
- Creating and maintaining company documentation such as quality manuals and quality procedures
- Troubleshooting problems or flaws in the item provided for testing
- Analysing, identifying, and implementing manufacturing and/or business process improvements
- Meeting with members of the production team to offer recommendations and share results
- Maintaining and controlling calibration records for all test and inspection equipment
- Applying good manufacturing practice and observing that it is being adhered to
- Performing tests and measurements using existing measurement equipment
- Participating in teams to help make necessary improvements and changes to all process related issues in the production department
- Analyse audit reports/results in terms of repeated deficiencies, reviewing with process owners
Requirements
- B-Tech Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- Total Quality Management ISO Standards (Standard Internal Auditor)
- Customer Standards and IATF Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma Tools
- Root Cause analysis & Problem Solving / Core Tools understanding, implementation
- Minimum 5-year experience in the manufacturing environment
- Minimum 3-year experience on press tools or assembly process
- Minimum 5-year experience and/or background Automotive Industry
