About the Role
The Branch Manager will oversee various aspects of the branch, including debtors, creditors, health and safety, rentals, stores, HR, payroll, sales, and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing budgets, and ensuring innovation in the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Debtors/Creditors
- Ensure Health and Safety standards are met
- Manage Rentals, Stores, and Payroll
- Train staff and develop financial forecasts
- Drive revenue growth through sales and branch targets
- Set daily targets and enhance brand awareness
- Resolve customer issues and manage budgets
- Supervise staff, allocate funds, and ensure innovation
- Organize events and conduct meetings
- Update prices, manage stock, and oversee sales
- Conduct HR-related tasks such as recruitment, training, compliance, and performance reviews
- Liaise with debtors to audit margins and manage finances
- Ensure vehicle inspections and maintain standards
