About the Role
Phoenix Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to support our Utilities Manager across multiple buildings in Dainfern. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, providing excellent customer service to tenants, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct electricity and water meter readings across buildings
- Capture and populate consumption data accurately
- Assist in identifying irregular usage trends
- Support generator and backup system monitoring
- Assist with reporting to management
- First point of contact for tenant utility-related queries
- Draft professional correspondence to tenants
- Communicate planned outages and maintenance schedules
- Escalate sensitive matters appropriately
- Assist with planned maintenance scheduling
- Track breakdowns and response times
- Follow up on outstanding repairs
- Assist during emergency incidents (power failures, water leaks, etc.)
- Track compliance certificates (electrical, service records, inspections)
- Assist during audits and inspections
- Interpret utility data and operational reports for management
