Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and energetic barman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality drinks, providing excellent customer service, and creating a vibrant and welcoming bar atmosphere. You should be knowledgeable about cocktails, attentive to detail, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Handle cash and process payments accurately Work closely with floor staff and management Requirements: Previous bartending experience preferred Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and drink preparation Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work late hours, weekends, and busy shifts Well-presented, reliable, and team-oriented
