About the Role

The Data Analyst I role is a critical position in our organization, responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions. As a Data Analyst I, you will play a key role in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources, and presenting findings to stakeholders. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and data needs, and translating business questions into data queries and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Gather data from databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and surveys
Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Create dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
Write queries using SQL to extract and manipulate data
Present findings in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders
Generate regular reports to track performance metrics and KPIs
Use statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights

Requirements

Relevant degree in BSc Information Systems, BCom Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Bachelor of Business Science
5 years experience within Financial Services or Automotive
Experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist for at least 1 to 2 years

Qualifications

Relevant degree in BSc Information Systems, BCom Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Bachelor of Business Science
