Utilising cutting-edge Cloud-based accounting software and modern operational management tools, our Financial Manager is required to ensure a seamless financial workflow, supporting our ongoing business strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring accurate financial reporting, which in turn will drive our business growth, customer acquisition levels, and overall profitability. Overall Management of Group Financial and Admin related employees, Systems and Processes Maintain and update financial records and transactions on a daily basis Ensure accuracy in financial documentation, reconciliations, and reporting Collaborate with the sales and operations team to analyse financial data and optimize budgeting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Process invoices, payments, and track expenses Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting Adhere to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other legal financial obligations Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal audits Recommend financial optimizations and support strategic business decision-making Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is preferred – Certfied Chartered Accountant is preferential Proven experience Advanced levels of computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office; experience with accounting software and databases Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to interact effectively with team members across various departments Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Willingness to stay updated on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
