PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS RETAIL & HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE We are seeking a full-time, highly experienced, mature, Retail/Admin Representative who enjoys working with the public and has a friendly, outgoing personality to work in a beauty salon As a team-oriented company, we seek an individual able to work busy, retail hours The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and displays a positive attitude while utilising leadership skills when interacting with customers and employees Applicants must provide valid HR department contact details (phone number and email) for reference checks Reference verification is a critical part of our hiring process, and applications without valid reference contacts will not be considered REQUIRED Qualifications and experience: Minimum of 5 years in a customer service/hospitality role with retail experience Applicants must be mature with at least 10 years working experience Retail, Hotel, Restaurant or Beauty salon experience required Knowledge and understanding of high customer service principles and practices Ability to guide a team of 60 Must be able to lead by example High tolerance level under pressure Able to work well under high pressure and able to multitask Key competencies: Excellent computer literacy and Microsoft Office ability Strong customer service skills and service industry knowledge Excellent command of the English language- written and verbal Must have good mathematical comprehension & quick calculating ability Excellent command of written and verbal English Must be personally motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious Firm and pleasant personality Excellent time management and punctuality Very good administrative, organizational and follow-up skills Present a neat, clean, very friendly and professional appearance
