Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join a luxury property group based in Sandton. This is an office-based role suited to a creative professional with strong technical expertise, exceptional layout skills, and a passion for visual storytelling within an impact-driven environment.
Key Outputs & Responsibilities
Multi-Page Document Design (Adobe InDesign Core Skill)

Design annual reviews, profiles, reports, brochures, manuals, and product guides

Build and maintain consistent paragraph and character styles across large documents
-
Apply strong layout principles using grids, margins, master pages, and text threading
-
Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, slug, and pre-flighting protocols
-
Manage linked assets for efficient file handling and high-resolution output
Product Photo Retouching & Photomontages
-
Retouch product images for colour accuracy, clarity, and presentation
-
Create photomontages from prototype imagery to demonstrate real-world application
-
Apply clipping paths, masking, and background removal
-
Adjust lighting and shadows to ensure realistic, natural-looking composites
Infographics & Visual Content
-
Design clean, modern infographics that simplify complex information
-
Maintain consistency in colour, typography, and visual hierarchy
-
Create vector-based icons and diagrams aligned with brand guidelines
General Graphic Design
-
Produce on-brand marketing and internal collateral for print and digital platforms
-
Apply expert typography with precision and consistency
-
Export and manage assets in appropriate formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, EPS, AI, PSD)

Maintain a high standard of visual accuracy and attention to detail
PowerPoint & Presentations

Design professional, engaging slide decks aligned with brand standards

Use master slides, animations, and data visualisation where appropriate
-
Prepare presentations for PDF, video, or interactive formats

Previous Work Experience Required

Minimum of 35 years professional graphic design experience or a strong portfolio demonstrating equivalent skill

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

In-depth knowledge of prepress processes, paper specification, colour management, and large-format file preparation

Proven ability to anticipate needs and offer solutions proactively

Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects under pressure
