About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Venue Protection Officer to join our team at Sandton, working under the supervision of Limpopo Career Consortium (Limcaco). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ events.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct venue patrols and surveillance to prevent potential threats
- Monitor event areas and respond promptly to any incidents or suspicious activity
- Collaborate with event staff and security teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintain accurate records of incident reports and security breaches
- Enforce all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to firearms
Requirements
- Grade 12
- PSIRA registered
- Security Officer Grade C certification
- Valid Drivers License
- Firearm Competency Certificate
- No criminal record
