About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team in Sasolburg. As a PA to the owner, you will be responsible for running personal errands, taking the owner to appointments, and collecting them when needed. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a PA to management within the insurance industry and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities
- Run personal errands for the owner
- Take the owner to appointments and collect them when needed
- Prepare travel arrangements and itineraries
- Manage the owner’s schedule and calendar
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions
Requirements
- Grade 12 Drivers license and own car
- Experience as PA to Management within the insurance industry
- Fully conversant in Afrikaans and English
- Above average written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Qualifications
- No formal education qualifications are required for this role
