We are seeking a Technical Digital Marketer / CRM support with HubSpot expertise, website capability, and IT knowledge to support our sales and rentals teams. This role spans CRM analysis, lead generation, website management, system training, and data compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimising digital performance, supporting agents, and ensuring responsible handling of client data. Key Responsibilities: Manage, analyse, and optimise HubSpot CRM for sales and rental teams Generate, qualify, and distribute leads while tracking performance and conversion metrics Oversee website-related lead flows, enquiries, and digital integrations Support digital marketing initiatives and campaigns (in collaboration with external partners) Maintain CRM data integrity, workflows, automation, and reporting dashboards Train and support agents and staff on CRM systems, digital tools, and best practices Provide ongoing technical and IT support related to CRM, websites, and lead platforms Assist with strategy input for CRM structure, lead management, and digital performance Ensure POPIA compliance, data governance, and responsible data handling across platforms Apply by sending your CV to: Subject line: Technical Digital Marketer / CRM Specialist Requirements: Proven experience with HubSpot CRM (essential) Strong digital and technical skillset (CRM, websites, integrations, troubleshooting) Experience in digital marketing and lead generation environments Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making Understanding of data compliance and POPIA principles Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support users Real estate experience (advantageous but not essential) Skills & Attributes: Strategic and analytical mindset Highly organised and detail-oriented Confident trainer and problem-solver Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a leading real estate brand A role with real impact across systems, strategy, and digital performance Collaborative team environment Competitive remuneration based on experience
