About the Role
As a Compliance Monitoring Officer at AF Consulting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company’s integrity and upholding its values. You will be part of a supportive team that works closely with our Associate Director of Compliance abroad to maintain the highest standards of compliance and build trust with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring client due diligence is gathered and maintained to the highest standard, in line with internal policies.
- Conducting periodic reviews, identifying gaps, recording deficiencies, and creating action plans for remediation.
- Screening clients using systems and open-source searches, monitoring results, and investigating potential risks or adverse matches.
- Performing compliance monitoring in line with AML, CFT, and CPF regulations, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Helping develop, implement, and improve policies and procedures to make processes practical, efficient, and effective.
- Supporting colleagues with day-to-day compliance queries and contributing to training initiatives.
- Participating in training sessions to expand your regulatory knowledge.
- Supporting new initiatives and projects to drive business success.
- Reflecting and upholding the company’s values in every action.
