Requirements

• Qualifications: BEd/PGCE and/or Montessori qualification (preferred)
• Experience: Prior experience working with children aged 6–12 in a Montessori environment
• Compliance: Valid SACE registration and police clearance
• Montessori Approach: Demonstrated commitment to continuous growth in understanding and applying authentic Montessori principles
• Skills: Growth mindset, adaptability, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, efficient administrative skills, and professional preparation to support a flourishing learning environment
