About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Somerset West, Western Cape, South Africa. As a key member of our product team, you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure our property management software is reliable, user-friendly, and high-performing.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and development teams to test, refine, and improve our solutions.
- Ensure all testing processes are well-documented, repeatable, and aligned with product requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA frameworks, automation, and testing efficiency.
- Enable faster delivery cycles without compromising quality by working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role, ideally in cloud-based SaaS products.
- Experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including both manual and automated testing.
- Exposure to automation frameworks and test case reusability.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and best practices in software quality.
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
Salary & Benefits
R40K – R50K CTC p.m. (depending on experience)
