About the Role
Our client in the Insurance industry is seeking an Administrator: Forensic Investigations to join their team in Pretoria East. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the forensic investigations team, ensuring seamless execution of cases and effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to general administration:
- Receive affidavits from client services department
- Register affidavits on investigation register
- Notify responsible Sales Manager on any fraudulent activities in their area
- Obtain policy application forms from system for a particular investigation case
- Update in-house system throughout the process of investigation
- Prepare refund request form (event of refund recommendation)
- Request necessary documentation from client if necessary (i.e. banking details)
- Create and maintain files and record keeping system
- Handle all telephonic calls and responses effectively and efficiently (TCF)
- Attend to Replacement Officer functions:
- Receive and provide replacement documents (RPAR)
- Communicate with replacing Life Insurer when necessary
- Submit written representations by Intermediaries in case of non-compliance
- Request necessary documentation from client if necessary (i.e. banking details)
- Create and maintain files and record keeping system
- Handle all telephonic calls and responses effectively and efficiently (TCF)
Requirements
- Matric
- Forensics Diploma/certificate
- Forensics Investigation Certification
- 1-2 years forensics experience
- 1-2 years Insurance Experience
Qualifications
- Legislation: LTIA, FAIS, FICA, Companies Act
Salary & Benefits
R18 000.00 CTC per month
