About the Role
Our client in the Insurance industry is seeking an Administrator: Forensic Investigations to join their team in Pretoria East. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the forensic investigations team, handling replacement officer functions, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to general administration:
- Receive affidavits from client services department
- Register affidavits on investigation register
- Notify responsible Sales Manager on any fraudulent activities in their area
- Obtain policy application forms from system for a particular investigation case
- Update in-house system throughout the process of investigation
- Prepare refund request form (event of refund recommendation)
- Request necessary documentation from client if necessary (i.e. banking details)
- Create and maintain files and record keeping system
- Handle all telephonic calls and responses effectively and efficiently (TCF)
- Attends to Replacement Officer functions:
- Receive and provide replacement documents (RPAR)
- Communicate with replacing Life Insurer when necessary
- Submit written representations by Intermediaries in case of non-compliance
- Request necessary documentation from client if necessary (i.e. banking details)
- Create and maintain files and record keeping system
- Handle all telephonic calls and responses effectively and efficiently (TCF)
Requirements
- Matric
- Forensics Diploma/certificate
- Forensics Investigation Certification
- 1-2 years forensics experience
- 1-2 years Insurance Experience
