About the Role
Tsogo Sun is seeking a passionate and hard-working Leisure Supervisor to join our ever-growing family. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Reception, Shop, Bar, and Padel Courts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in exercising controls over cash, inventory, stock, and associated documentation for Reception, Shop, Bar, and Padel Courts.
- Check and manage stock levels, perform daily orders.
- Ensure handovers are conducted between shifts at all levels and respond to requests promptly.
- Report all building and general maintenance and ensure timely execution.
- Assist in planning, executing, and following through on special events, birthday parties, school groups, and educational groups.
- Assist with team member training, schedules/induction as needed.
- Ensure the day-to-day preparation, cleanliness, and operational readiness of all Leisure Areas are up to standard.
- Supervise Leisure team members to ensure efficient operations and service levels are maintained.
- Resolve complaints and challenges promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Matric (NQF 4) or equivalent
- Good customer service skills
- Verbal and written English skills (NQF 4)
- Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage
