About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Process Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg, responsible for leading process engineering activities across projects from concept through to commissioning. The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills and strong leadership abilities, with a focus on delivering fit-for-purpose solutions that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review process designs, flow sheets, mass balances, and equipment specifications
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and multidisciplinary teams
  • Engage with clients to understand requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Support sales and proposal teams with technical input and feasibility assessments
  • Oversee plant performance analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives
