Minimum
Requirements:
Matric Tertiary education in the Hospitality sector will be advantageous 5 years experience in a similar role as a Catering Manager Excellent knowledge of budgets, cost control measures, stock and stock control Ideally this person should have a chef background and have good culinary flair with the ability and knowledge to assist with menu development and function design Experience in the management of functions Good knowledge of OHSE requirements will be beneficial Computer literate Bilingual in Afrikaans and English Valid drivers license and own reliable transport Consultant: Liandri van Blerk – Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
