About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a world-class Executive Chef to join a prestigious luxury hospitality brand in Ghana. This is an incredible opportunity to showcase your culinary creativity on an international stage while leading a dynamic kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a busy, diverse kitchen to the highest standard
- Run a high-end restaurant or hotel kitchen with excellent food quality and presentation
- Develop and implement menus that reflect global culinary trends
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to achieve exceptional service standards
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management and cost control
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality
- Strong leadership and training abilities
- A creative flair with global culinary trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Qualifications
- Formal education in Culinary Arts or related field (e.g. Bachelor’s degree)
Salary & Benefits
- USD 4,000 – USD 4,500 per month (Live-in)
