Job Description

Responsibilities Responsible for the manufacturing and supply of animal feed as per orders and within specifications Planning of raw materials procurement to ensure availability, quality and competitive pricing Produce, maintain and communicate production forecast to all stakeholders Achieve financial KPIs as per budget, manage expenditure and costs Lead, manage and develop a high performance team aligned with the company’s HR policy, values and strategy Take overall leadership accountability, operational excellence and performance delivery Ensure compliance with QA, SHE, GHP, GMP Responsible for all corporate risk controls and ensure legal compliance Requirements BSc Engineering degree / related Any Post Graduate qualification in Business Management Minimum 10 years engineering experience in an animal feed mill environment
