About the Role
Career Pathfinders is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Guide to join our team at the Luxury 5* Game Lodge in Kruger National Park. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading daily safaris, assisting with lodge operations, and providing exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting daily safaris
- Assistance around the lodge and in other departments when required
- Bush clearing, field maintenance, and veld management
- Hosting meals and enhancing guest experience
- Vehicle maintenance and upkeep
Requirements
- Valid RSA Driver’s License
- PDP Minimum NQF 4 with a minimum requirement of backup trails
- Lead trails will be considered an advantage
- NDT Registration (Mpumalanga)
- Valid First Aid with Wilderness component
- 3 Years’ Experience as a Field Guide in a Big 5 Game Reserve

Salary market related. Package includes:
- Live-in position
- 8 days off per month
- 21 annual leave days after one year’s service
- 5% Provident (does not form part of CTC package)
