About the Role
The IT Co-ordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Shared Services Centre by managing day-to-day office activities, coordinating both administrative and IT-related tasks, and maintaining effective communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Monitor and order inventory and stationery for office
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Organize records and other important documentation
- Reconcile Bruni Foundation accounts and coordinate events
- Order repairs for office equipment, maintenance, groceries
- Connect with vendors
- Assist with Health and Safety
- Assist PMO team with project task coordination
- Create PowerPoint presentations as required
Requirements
- Matric
- A minimum of 3 years of experience required as an office coordinator, project coordinator or any similar role
- Experience working in a highly fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of email, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva
