About the Role
Our client is serving clients by technical onsite support on a very wide basis, including Wi-Fi, communications and machine to machine products, country wide. As a Field Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing expert technical support to our clients across South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients at their premises
- Resolve issues progressively
- Control, order and reconcile own stock on a daily basis
- Be punctual
- Excel under pressure
Requirements
- Matric complete and technical qualification e.g. electrician preferred
- Computer literate
- 1 years working experience as training will be provided
- Fluent in English
- In possession of a valid driver’s license
- In possession of own reliable vehicle
- In possession of own smart phone
- In possessing of own laptop / computer
- Criminal record free
- Able to pass polygraph test on a regular basis
Qualifications
- Matric complete and technical qualification e.g. electrician
- Computer qualifications or relevant training (not formal degree required)
